Terms of trade for Garma Watches

The following terms are valid for 2019. Garma Watches is owned by the Danish company Harrison Watches ApS

Prices

All the quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. The company may change the specified prices at any time, if necessary.



Delivery of products

We strive to deliver our products to our customers within 1-10 business days.


Garma Watches provides FREE shipping on all orders.


Shipping in Denmark:

Danish orders should arrive 1-5 business days after we have shipped your order. We will ship your package the same day if you order before 13:00.


International Shipping:

Garma Watches also supplies to worldwide. International order should arrive 1-7 days after we have shipped your order and will include products similar to what you have ordered. Any import duties, taxes or fees that may occur are the customer's own responsibility.


Payment:

At Garma Watches, we offer our customers to shop through Quickpay, which supports the card types: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Viabill and Mobilepay. There is no card fee for payments. The payment amount will be withdrawed only when the order has been shipped. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. Right of cancellation and refund of your money

You have as a consumer a 14-day cancellation right on your purchase, which is calculated from the date you receive the goods.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt, to let us know that you will cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@garmawatches.com or use the default cancellation form, which you find at the bottom of the terms of trade. You can not undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.



If the order consists of multiple lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you receive the last batch or the last part.



Cancellation of part of the purchase:

If you have purchased more items from us, you have the option to send one or more items back, even though they are purchased in one order.

Note that you can only get a proportionate share of shipping costs, corresponding to the distribution between the number of goods you return and the number you hold.



Returns:

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Garma Watches pay for the package to be returned, and it is your responsibility if one occurs damage during transport.

 

 

The condition of the product when returning it:

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.

If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.

We recommend returning the item to the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.



Repayment of purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount for which you are liable. We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (though not additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer) within 14 days from the date we received your message that you would like to cancel the agreement. We will return the money with the same payment method you used to purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us documentation to return it.

Complaint:

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases. The purchase law gives a 24 month warranty on all goods. However, it is a prerequisite that these deficiencies have not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior. You must advertise within reasonable time, that is, within two months after you have identified the shortcoming. In the event of a legitimate claim, we will pay the costs and exchange the product.



If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
